When submitting an enquiry under Student Welfare and Pastoral Support, please be aware that your enquiry may be visible to all staff users of AskQM. This includes staff across different teams who manage and support student services, not just those in Student Support roles

If your enquiry contains sensitive or confidential information, please do not include sensitive details in your initial submission. Instead, provide a brief summary, and a member of the Student Support Team will contact you to discuss your concerns in a secure and appropriate manner.
