Queen Mary Campus Visit Programme 2025-2026

Request Booking Form

Campus visits are designed to prepare students for higher education, typically consisting of a higher education workshop, a campus tour, and a taster lecture/workshop.

This booking form is for teachers and advisers to request a visit to the Queen Mary Mile End campus.  Whilst we will aim to accommodate all requests, high demand may mean that your group is placed on a waiting list with priority access should a date become available. Due to room availability, advertised time slots cannot be amended.

During each slot we have a fixed capacity of students plus accompanying teachers and advisers. Please note:

  • we may combine your school/college with other groups.  See drop-down for specific capacities.
  • as part of our subject strand offering for Year 10 and 12 Students, if we are able to accommodate your visit request date, you will be required to equally split your students in to the three subject strand areas: Humanities & Social Science, Science & Engineering and Medicine & Dentistry

Your booking will be provisional until the Student Recruitment and Widening Participation team contact you to confirm - we aim to confirm within 10 working days. If you require further information, please email education-liaison@qmul.ac.uk .
