Our Global Opportunities Ambassadors come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and experiences, including from what we often call “widening participation” (WP) backgrounds in the UK. Queen Mary is committed to increasing the participation of students from certain backgrounds still underrepresented in mobility, as their mobility participation rates are lower than their representation in the wider student population.
