Queen Mary can support with the cost of rail travel to attend the Open Day. Rail travel tickets will be provided in advance of the event and departure stations/times cannot be amended once the form is submitted. Where possible, an e-code or e-ticket will be purchased and emailed to you ahead of your journey.

In order to receive the Widening Participation Travel Bursary you must confirm expenses are for reasonable travel arrangements (i.e. standard class, UK travel) and it is not possible to claim for any food, drink or overnight costs. We reserve the right to close the application due to high responses as the fund is limited.
This event is a public event and an official photographer will be taking photographs for use by the University for marketing and publicity - in our publications, on our website and social media, or in any third party publication. Please contact a member of staff on the day if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
